If you read the website at all, you should know that they explicitly told him that he ostensibly had to have a monetary goal in order to pursue his activities. I've never seen their agents demand isk before bumping or shooting so where is the monetary goal they are getting?
You might have more credibility if you were posting on a character that was more than a day old.
10M isk or risk bump/gank is an oft repeated phrase in PM where most of the NO conversations take place, primarily because local is pretty much ignored by everybody; as evidenced by the lack of response from miners when multiple characters with negative sec status, and the red tags that go with it, enter system in a gaggle of gankships. |
